Allergies
If you are allergic to any nuts, please refrain from purchasing our items. Most of our serums and oils are all made with oils derived from nuts. We are working on revising our formula to accommodate our KAYBABES with nut allergies. Please read the ingredients before purchasing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KenniKayCollection is not responsible for your package once it leaves our care. Once handled by the United States Postal Service, you will have to take any issues up with them.
Refunds
All sales are final! We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind, but we will ensure that your experience is always top notch. If at anytime you feel as if you aren't receiving the best service or have an issue, please send us an email (hairbykennikay@gmail.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure you use your correct shipping address at checkout. We use all the information you use when purchasing your products. If there is a case that you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately, hairbykennikay@gmail.com, to ensure we handle this issue properly. You will be billed the new shipping cost of your package.
